Please use the following form to pass on information regarding any vet visit you may have had, any experiences with illness OR to report known longevity. You must have both a birthdate, death date and suspected cause of death to contribute.

We very much appreciate any submissions whether regarding a rat you had from us or from somewhere else. The information is then collated to help toward our internal study of the impact of our breeding model on rat health and longevity.

Please remember to state if your rat is a Broadwaters Rat or if the rat is from elsewhere so that we know where to allocate the data.
